Future-proofing education for future teachers, the Scholarships pillar aims to provide the best scholarship grants for aspiring educators. From its beginnings in 2009, the Gabay Guro Program already has 1 Leadership Awardee and, in 2014, produced 41 Latin Awardees with 5 Magna Cum Laude and 36 Cum Laude graduates. As of 2014, there are over 35 partner schools nationwide and over 750 scholarship grants have been awarded to future educators.
The Teachers' Tribute pillar is the program's humble way of showing its appreciation to our dear teachers, who deserve our deepest gratitude. They endure poor teaching conditions, lack of classroom and basic facilities, low pay and benefits, and other problems to teach us everything they know. They have shown us not only brilliance of minds, but kindness of hearts full of love, and unwavering passion to teach.
For this, they merit more than verbal gesture of thanks; they deserve something special and tangible. The teachers are given the Gabay Guro Tribute Card which is distributed during trainings and events which allow them to get freebies from several teacher-friendly establishments.
"The gratitude we owe your selfless dedication to shaping our minds and lives can never be repaid. But please, at least let us show our form of appreciation through Gabay Guro, the program we developed with you in mind. Allow us to send you "back to school" and give you livelihood support.
This time, kami naman ang gagabay sa inyo."

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
"It's a multiplier effect. Make one teacher feel good about himself and it rebounds to hundreds of his students. It's paying it forward, but a hundred times more effective and powerful."
CHAIRMAN, GABAY GURO
It’s National Teachers Month and Gabay Guro is ready to make this year’s celebration another exciting and memorable one for the teachers, with 20,000 teachers expected in attendance at the Grand Gathering.
